What to send, and where it goes
Everything reaches the same inbox. Putting the subject in the first line just helps us answer faster, and the table below is what we need from you for each kind of request.

Content corrections come first
If you think something in a lesson or post is wrong, tell us before anything else on this page. A wrong explanation sitting in front of the next student matters more than any other message we could be answering, so those are triaged ahead of the queue. Send the lesson name and what you believe is incorrect, with a reference if you have one to hand. Verified fixes ship with an updated review date and we will tell you when it is live. How content is written and checked is set out in our content methodology and editorial standards.
What we cannot help with
We cannot answer clinical questions about a real patient, and that includes questions phrased as hypotheticals. PharmBit teaches pharmacology for examinations and understanding, and giving treatment advice for an individual would be both outside what we do and unsafe. If your question concerns a patient in front of you, your supervisor, the prescriber or your local medicines information service is the right route. In an emergency, contact emergency services. Data, privacy and your account
Requests to access, correct, delete or export your data go to the same address, and we ask you to email from the account address so we can confirm it is yours. We complete these within 30 days. If you simply want to close your account, the fastest route is inside the app, and both routes are explained on our account deletion page. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.
Before you write, this may be faster
Questions about which exams are covered, pricing, offline study and how the method works are answered on the about page. Subscription billing, refunds and cancellations are handled by the App Store or Google Play rather than by us, because the payment relationship is with them, so those are quicker to resolve in your store account than by email.
How fast do you reply?
Content corrections are triaged first and usually answered within two working days. General support is answered within five working days. Data requests under privacy law are completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
Can you answer a clinical question for me?
No. PharmBit is a study aid, not a clinical advice service, and we cannot advise on treatment for any individual patient. Speak to your supervisor, prescriber or local medicines information service.
How do I report an error in a lesson?
Email the lesson or post name and what you believe is wrong, with a source if you have one. Verified corrections ship with an updated review date, and we will tell you when it is fixed.
How do I delete my account or get my data?
Account deletion is available inside the app under Settings, Account, Delete account, and is explained in full on our account deletion page. Data export and other privacy requests go to the same email address.
