PharmBit comes from pharmacy practice. The founding frustration was watching students drown in drug lists that never explained why any two drugs differ, then watching those same students fail questions they could have reasoned through from one mechanism.
Starting with pharmacy students keeps every lesson anchored to the exams they actually sit. The same mechanism explanations then extend to nursing, medical and biomedical tracks, with dedicated preparation for NAPLEX, PEBC, GPhC, OPRA and PCN.

Name clarification
PharmBit app, not PHARMBIT the journal.
PharmBit App is a pharmacology learning app for students. It is not connected to PHARMBIT, the academic journal published by the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, which has used the name in pharmaceutical publishing for far longer than this app has existed. The two are unrelated organisations that happen to share a name.
If you arrived here looking for the journal, its archives are hosted by the institute rather than by us. If you are looking for the study app, you are in the right place. We use the full name PharmBit App throughout for exactly this reason.

Content corrections are the ones we act on fastest, because a wrong explanation in front of a student matters more than anything else on our list.
